Pixie and Brutus is one of those webcomics that put a smile on many people’s faces regardless of how their day went. So far, the man behind them, Ben Hed, has massed a huge, 1,4M-strong Instagram following, and these two adorable critters are one of the main reasons why.
Ben, however, doesn’t feel any extra pressure since he has a colossal fan armed force. “I do stress over every comic’s performance, yet I stressed over that before I made Pixie and Brutus as well,” he told thelastthings.in “I always need to improve.”
Searching for new ways people could appreciate the series, Ben also uncovered his newest plans. “I’m getting some Pixie and Brutus plushies. Not sure when they’ll be prepared, yet I’m truly eager to release them!”
As of late, Ben has given the majority of his opportunity to his artistic endeavors, turning into a full-time illustrator. “I get much less sunlight, haha! When I worked construction I was outside constantly, presently I spend most the day sitting in my office in obscurity with the windows secured so there’s no glare on my screen! Nah, just joking!
As you might’ve seen, Pixie is a small, upbeat, fiery little cat. An honest lighten who’s somewhat oblivious to the serious, dangerous stuff occurring around her. Then again, Brutus is an expansive, scar-confronted German Shepherd. Pixie’s proprietor embraced him after Brutus resigned as a Military Working Dog (MWD).
